Overall, we had a fun stay at the hotel, especially with the animal-themed rooms and the engaging atmosphere. The staff was mostly friendly, but our experience was marred by poor service during dinner and breakfast rush. The dining options were very limited, and the quality of food we received didn't live up to our expectations. While the unique room decorations thrilled the kids, the inattentiveness of the staff regarding our dinner options left us disappointed.
