A Good Stay, with Animal Encounters

We enjoyed the breakfast because you can see animals. Christina in the restaurant created absolute morning delights. She was accommodating and kind to our children. Early access to the park added greatly, we experienced five rides right away.

The fire alarm triggered during two consecutive nights. Staff did not give an explanation regarding these triggers. It created disturbance. I suggest address this issue to improve guest experience.

The waitress remembered me from a prior visit, months ago. This lady was lovely. The greeter proved chatty upon restaurant entry. The staff are always nice and helpful.

The place is near Chessington South train station. This is a ten minute walk. The train goes straight into Waterloo. Good access to London is available. The hotel is perfect to start any trip.

Breakfast has a decent amount of variety. It includes continental and cooked options, tea, coffee, and juice. The breakfast is a bit cheap, but it is included. I find it good value.
