Reviews and Ratings <br />
Overall, we had a fun stay at the hotel, especially with the animal-themed rooms and the engaging atmosphere. The staff was mostly friendly, but our experience was marred by poor service during dinner and breakfast rush. The dining options were very limited, and the quality of food we received didn’t live up to our expectations. While the unique room decorations thrilled the kids, the inattentiveness of the staff regarding our dinner options left us disappointed.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The kids absolutely loved the animal-themed rooms, which were spacious and well-designed, making our stay enjoyable overall. However, some aspects like the dining experience and customer service left much to be desired. The hotel had a good location with convenient access to the theme park, but some areas felt neglected and not as clean as I would have liked.
Our stay was a mix of highs and lows. The location offered a great view over Wanyama Village which was a lovely highlight, and the swimming pool was enjoyable for the kids. However, we encountered several issues with our room cleanliness and the dining experience, which left us feeling a bit let down given the price we paid.
We had a great stay at the Chessington Hotel, particularly enjoying the themed rooms and friendly staff. The proximity to the theme park made our trips super fun, especially for our daughter. However, there were some issues with noise at night and the dining experience at breakfast could improve as it felt a bit chaotic. Overall, we would return for the fun and engaging atmosphere but hope for a bit more organization during meal times.
Our stay at the hotel was quite an experience, with some ups and downs. The animal-themed rooms were a hit with our kids, and the engaging amenities made for some fun moments. However, we faced significant challenges with the service and dining options, which were less than satisfactory. Overall, it was a mixed bag of exciting moments and frustrating obstacles.
